FULL PACKAGE WITH CATERING

Minimum 50 Guests. Maximum 170 guests.

Venue Hire: $1200-$2200 depending on numbers.

  • Includes room setup to your liking (includes chairs, white or black tablecloths)

  • Includes fairy lights in central draping, around the room and in flower wall.

  • Use of entire venue, including the outdoor deck area, free parking out the front and boardroom use for the buffet or kids play area.

  • Includes use of equipment such as the sound system for projectors, background music and microphones.

  • Includes 3 site visits for decorators, photographers etc.

  • Bar available with a bar tab or cash bar. *Minimum spend of $500 applies.

  • Includes staff for catering, setup, take-down, service during the night, bar service.

Buffet Style Catering: $55.00/person.

  • Selection of Three Slow-Roasted Meats, Range of freshly prepared salads, hot baby potatoes, gravy and sauces.

  • Serving of Mini Dessert consisting of Petit Fours.

  • Tea & Coffee Service

OWN CATERERS

$2500.00

  • Includes room setup to your liking (includes chairs, white tablecloths, cake table, gift table and DJ Table)

  • Includes fairy lights in central draping, around the room and in flower wall.

  • Use of entire venue, including the outdoor deck area, free parking out the front and boardroom use for the buffet or kids play area.

  • Includes use of equipment such as the sound system for projectors, background music and microphones.

  • Includes 3 site visits for decorators, photographers etc.

  • Includes use of the commercial kitchen.

    • Combi Oven

    • Deep fryer

    • Stove top

  • Does NOT include staff to serve catering. Staff will clean up at the end of the night and be available for bar service only.
